Little Stone Church, a Congregational Church located on Mackinac Island, Michigan, welcomes both residents and visitors to our Sunday worship services at 10:30 a.m. during the summer season. In 2012 the first service is May 20th and final service is on October 7, 2012.
Although it is known as The Little Stone Church, the official title is Union Congregational Church. The church is an affiliate of the NACCC (National Association of Congregational Christian Churches). There are about 100 members, most of them summer residents.
Reverend Dr. Vincent Carroll serves our congregation. A retired career Navy Chaplain, Dr. Carroll completed 43 years of ministry this past year. Prior to coming to Mackinac Island, his most recent service took place in Florida. Dr. Carroll was baptized, confirmed and ordained in the United Church of Christ.
